Q. Can I drop off my bags before check-in and leave them for a bit after I check out?

Sure! You may leave your bags in the living room. However, please bring any valuables with you as we can not be responsible for them. You may leave your bags in the living room before you check in and after you check out.

Q. What kind of accomodation is a dormitory?

A dormitory is a type of accommodation where you share a room with other guests. We have Female Dormitories and Mixed Dormitories (for both male and female) with varying numbers of beds. Our female dormitory is located on the 2nd floor, to help shorten the distance you need to carry your luggage. The second floor is only accessible to our female guests. We will take care of the room assignments/arrangements. The beds are bunk beds. There are multiple bathrooms and showers on each floor, these are for everyone to use.

Q. What kind of amenities do you have? What should I bring with me?

We have shampoo/conditioner, soap, and hair driers that our guests may share. You can rent a bath towel for 100 yen. Please bring anything else you may need such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?

We are very sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Please pay by cash when you check-in.

Q. I don’t think I’ll be able to make it by 21:00, is it OK if I check in after 20:00?

Please, Please, try to arrive by 20:00. If some unforeseen circumstance results in your delay, please contact us by phone or e-mail before 20:00.

Q. Do you have a lot of non-Japanese guests?

It depends on the day! Some days all of our guests are Japanese, and some days none of our guests are Japanese. On the average day we have guests from Asia, America, and/or Europe.

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

We do not. However, right next door there is a parking lot called リファレンス銅座パーク. 30 minutes costs 150 yen and overnight parking costs 900 yen. A map of prefectural and municipal parking lots can be found through thislink (Japanese).

Q. What about a parking lot for motorcyles?

Motorcycles may also be parked in the aforementioned parking lots. They have roofs so you don’t need to worry even if its rains!

Q. Can my children stay at the Guesthouse?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow children under 4 to stay at the Guesthouse.

Q. Is it OK if my elementary school age son stays with me in the Female Dormitory?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow elementary school age boys to stay in the Female Dormitory. The mixed dormitory is OK though!
